Are all your products 100% natural?
Yes, all our products are 100% natural. We do not use any chemical agents or chemical preservatives in any of our products. This means that we are free from parabens, phthalates, SLS, sulphates, silicones, polysorbates and PEG too.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin & hair and for children?
Yes – we believe so. We keep in mind all skin & hair types while making our products and avoid all harmful (or doubtful) chemicals. Most of the key ingredients in the products are natural and are usually found in the kitchen.
How are your products different from other organic or natural products?
Our products are made from fresh & natural products and do not involve any kind of chemical processing to make them. They are prepared in the same manner as you would have done in your kitchen. Most other natural products are NOT freshly prepared or are NOT able to use wonderful natural ingredients such as curd, milk, fresh leaves, fruit, flowers, etc.
Your products expire quickly. Why do you have a low-shelf life?
The shelf life of our products is low because they are made from fresh ingredients and do not contain any chemical preservatives.
Do I have to keep all your products in refrigerator?
No, not all products. Only some products contain perishable ingredients such as yoghurt and hence need to be refrigerated. You can find refrigeration instructions at the back of the product pouch. If you do not see any refrigeration instructions, you can safely keep the product at room temperature.
Where do you produce these products?
Our products are freshly prepared in NatHabit beauty kitchens across the country. We have conceptualised beauty kitchens in order to maintain Ayurvedic methods of preparation of our products and to be able to serve fresh just like food. Our kitchens have valid accreditation from FDA for safe manufacturing of our products.
How many times should I use your product for best results?
For best results we provide instructions to users on our packaging. Typically, like all pure, natural and ayurvedic formulations, our products start showing you noticeable results in very less time.
Are your products certified or dermatologically tested?
Yes, all our products are clinically tested and certified as dermatalogically tested for safety, by NABL accredited Labs.
I have ingested (eaten) the products by mistake. Do I need to worry?
Our products have no chemicals and are made from ingredients usually found in the kitchens. However, we have not tested these products for ingestion. In case you have eaten any of our products by mistake, we advise you to get in touch with a doctor immediately.
My hair is falling, what do you suggest?
Hair fall can happen due to various reasons, including hereditary, hormonal imbalance, auto immune disease, deficiency of nutrients etc. Our hair Nutrimasks generally help in case the hair fall is due to deficiency of nutrients. You can try our 'Crushed Tri-Leaf' or 'Five Oil Hibiscus' NutriMask. Use it twice a week for a couple of months and see the results.
Do you have a product for preventing hair greying?
Hair Greying is a natural process and is unavoidable. However, hair greying is accelerated because of deficiency of nutrients. You can try our 'Curry Mustard' or 'Curry Sesame' NutriMask to significantly delay hair greying. In many cases of nutrient deficiency, upon applying these nutrimasks you may see your hair getting back melanin and hence back to black.
I have acne, what should I do?
The main causes of acne are skin oil, acne-causing bacteria on the skin, sticky skin cells blocking your pores, and inflammation. Hormonal fluctuations, stress, and diet all likely play a role as well. We will soon be launching an anti-acne product for you. Meanwhile, you can regularly use our Ubtans which have anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory ingredients like neem, turmeric and charoli, to keep pimples away.
Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us or WhatsApp us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before the shipment. It will not be possible to cancel the order after the shipment has been done.

We are available Mon-Sat 10:00 am to 08:00 pm! Any other time or on public holidays, please drop us a mail or WhatsApp message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re back!
Do you offer subscription for your products?
